Mid last year, I remember how I asked the “big guy from up above” to bless us with even just one wedding a month for the wedding season. We thought that was enough but He sent more than that and what’s even more special was He sent us really beautiful people and I would have to say this again, with giant hearts.
Tim and Sarah are two of those few.
They got engaged in October last year. A month after, we were already sitting in a cafe having a meeting with them about possibly being their photographers. I remember how Tim said “I am getting good vibes here. This is great.” How wonderful because we were feeling the exact way and we were hoping, silently hoping, that they would book us. But as we always do, we told them before we left to have a good look around because there are so many great photographers out there. Really, there are! And we would want them to find ones that would match them perfectly. We always believe, Meeko and I, that if it’s meant to be, God will send them back to us.
The following day, God did. We received an e-mail from them booking us to be their photographers.
We thought it was meant to be. And looking at these photos again, we really think it was.

Tim and Sarah, thank you for letting us play even a small part in your big day. Really an honour. Throughout your day we had this big smiles glued on our faces. It never felt like work because we were having so much fun. Your wedding was really, nothing short of amazing and we hope these photos would every day remind you of that. Your family, they were all accommodating and warm, please thank them for us. Your bridal party, oh they are such a great bunch and you must feel very blessed to have them as your friends. Please tell them it will be so hard to forget them. How you’ve done up the Carterton Events Centre, you and the people behind that magic, should be very proud. And you two, you really made it special and you really made it your own. You two are clearly made for each other. We hope you’d carry on loving each other the way you do. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for trusting us with these memories. They are really beautiful.
Blessings, Meeko and Redge
