They met each other in London.
He thought she was already married.
Obviously, she wasn’t because on a very nice day in February with so many of their family and friends who travelled from around the globe, he married her.
Here it is, finally, the day our Kiwi groom married his Austrian bride in the beautiful Wellington which they now call home.

There are so many things we loved about this wedding but that really didn’t come as a surprise. After spending time with them and their little boy, Max when we did their pre-wedding/ family photo session, we knew their day would be loaded with prettiness and happiness. We are sure that all their families and friends who were there, especially those who even had to travel would say that it really was worth being there and witnessing them FINALLY (and we heard that word a lot) tie the knot. I mean, we had such a beautiful couple. Inside and out. I remember how I cut short Daniela on our first meeting to tell her how beautiful she is and on her wedding day, she was just stunning. Julian, we loved him from Day 1. He has this special way of really making you feel comfortable and very much at ease. He was nothing different on their big day. We met a lot of amazing people starting off with their groomsmen and bridesmaids who were beyond excellent in their roles; then their families and friends who were so warm and friendly. We had the chance to once again shoot in the gorgeous church of Old St Paul’s and fell in love with it all over again. It was our first time shooting in Foxglove and it didn’t, didn’t disappoint.
We had everything we needed, wanted and hoped for. On top of all that, we had the right kind of love shared by these two that inspired us throughout the day.
Julian and Daniela, thank you letting us play a small part on your biggest day. Thank you for making us feel “at home”. We hope these photos will always bring happiness to your hearts. Thank you, thank you, thank you for letting us make these for you.
Blessings, Meeko and Redge
