I have been looking forward to sharing this wedding but I have found myself pushing the delete button several times. Minutes ago I had two paragraphs written out already and next thing I see, the page is back to being just white. It feels like no matter how much I write, nothing can describe how special this day was. That no adjective can suffice.

It was in November last year when we had the pleasure of meeting them for the first time. It was on a gorgeous afternoon. We agreed to meet in a cafe across the beach where we did their engagement session. Being the first time, we did not really know what to expect or even how they look like. I spotted them in a corner and honestly, wished it was them. Because just like that afternoon, they looked gorgeous even from afar. My wish was granted. It was them.

So much joy. So much love. So much pretty. So much true. That afternoon was. And on their wedding day it was nothing short of that. Only difference was, they were twice as gorgeous.

Our hearts are overwhelmed that we can finally share this beautiful wedding with you. The wedding of a couple with the kindest hearts.

Kate and Kyle, it brings tears to my eyes seeing these photographs. It took me back to that day in a snap and that day was such a happy day for us too. We loved how simple yet intimate it was. We loved how you made it and kept it your own. We loved how it was nothing fancy but very special. We loved it from start til the end. We knew already that it would be one wedding we will love “that much” given the kind of people that you are and given the size of your hearts. True enough.

Thank you for finding us and for choosing us. There are so many photographers out there but thank you for believing that we are the one that’s just perfect for you. Thank you for making us feel so much appreciated especially on your wedding day. You must have thanked us a hundred times and what’s amazing was each time you did, you really stopped and looked at us. We hope you would find these photos that you are about to see, beautiful. If you do, please know that the inspiration behind them are the sincere thank you’s you generously gave us throughout that day.

It’s sad that you had to go back living in Auckland but I am sure God will make way for us to meet again.
